Subfloor Preparation
A flawless wood floor begins with a flawless foundation. Our team will inspect and prepare the subfloor to ensure it’s clean, level, moisture-free, and ready for installation. After installing a moisture barrier to prevent unwanted moisture from seeping up into your floors, we install a plywood sub-layer on top of the base layer (which in Oklahoma is usually concrete) to ensure the plank flooring will be stable and level. This step is essential to provide the durability and longevity you expect from your flooring.
Wood Floor Installation
Once the plywood layer is installed, our team will begin carefully laying the planks of your wood flooring according to the degreed design. Sanding and Staining

Sealing the Floor
To protect your investment, we finish the process with a high-quality polyurethane sealant. Where the industry standard is two coats of polyurethane, we apply three coats at no additional cost.
