Consultation and Quote
We begin with a complimentary in-person consultation to assess the condition of your flooring. This allows us to fully understand the scope of the damage, determine whether your floors can be repaired or need to be fully replaced, and create a tailored repair plan. Repairing or Replacing the Damaged Areas
For areas of your floor that have been damaged by deep scratches, water, or other factors, we carefully evaluate what can be repaired through refinishing and what parts of the floor need to be replaced with fresh wood. If existing planks can be salvaged, repairs may simply consist of stripping, sanding, and refinishing those planks. More severely damaged planks may be replaced with matching wood species and cut to seamlessly integrate with your existing floor.
